section="section name" • Filter section behaviour by section assigned to list item. Default is unset.
this_section="0 or 1" • Filter section behaviour by assigning the current section to the list item. Available values: 1 (yes) or 0 (no). Default is 0 (no).
wraptag="tag" • (X)HTML tag (without brackets) to wrap around list. Default is unset.

Returns the currently specified file download's author as formatted by attribute settings.
