A Final Solution.

A good final rendering, I think, of an idea that was always a good one rendered obscure and difficult.
The enable_articles plugin is a rework of if_days ala if_expired ancestors. It contains a tag called ras_enable_articles which, strangely enough, enables the display of article content for a specific length of time after posting as a function attribute settings. The attributes are days, hours, and minutes. There is also an alter ego tag called ras_disable_articles which inhibits display of article content until a specific length of time, as set by the same attributes, has passed.
These tags are clear in their meaning, and usable in implementation – an all around better idea.
